DMCA Policy | BizarreFeed.com

Effective Date: May 21st, 2025

BizarreFeed.com respects copyright law and follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe any content on this site infringes your copyright, we take those claims seriously. This page explains how to report it and what happens next.

1. What Is the DMCA?

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act is a U.S. law that protects original content creators from having their work used without permission. It also gives website owners like us a way to respond to takedown requests fairly.

2. Our Policy

It’s simple:

  • We do not intentionally post content that infringes anyone’s copyright.
  • If you find something on BizarreFeed.com that belongs to you or your client and you didn’t give us permission to use it—contact us immediately.

We’ll investigate and remove the content if needed.

3. How to File a DMCA Takedown Request

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, please email us at:

📩 [email protected]

Your message must include:

  1. A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  2. The exact URL(s) where the material appears on our site
  3. Your name, address, phone number, and email
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the info you provided is accurate and that you’re the copyright owner (or authorized to act on their behalf)
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete requests will be ignored.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If we remove content based on a DMCA notice and you believe it was taken down in error, you may file a DMCA counter-notice. This must include:

  • Your name, address, and signature
  • The content that was removed and where it was located
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

We’ll forward your counter-notice to the original claimant. If they don’t take legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the content.

5. Repeat Infringers

Users or contributors who repeatedly violate copyright law may be banned or have their access permanently restricted. We take copyright seriously to protect creators—including ourselves.

6. Questions?
